Setting Up a Multi-Tenant Cloud Call Center with FusionPBX & FreeSWITCH

FusionPBX provides a powerful GUI built on top of FreeSWITCH, making it the industry standard for multi-tenant VoIP providers, call centers, and PBX resellers.

Step 1: Adding Gateway Credentials

In your FusionPBX admin panel under Accounts -> Gateways, add a new Gateway pointing to the TZSMM Connect SIP Server host provided in your number detail page.

Step 2: Configuring Inbound & Outbound Dialplans

Route incoming calls matching your 096xx DID directly to your desired extension ring group or IVR menu. Configure outbound dialplans with your SIP username to ensure proper caller ID transmission.
